The terms that apply when your agency uses Boridesk to run support for your clients.
Acceptance of terms
By creating a Boridesk account or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Boridesk.
What Boridesk is
Boridesk is a multi-tenant helpdesk platform built for outsourced customer-support agencies to manage tickets across multiple client companies from one dashboard, with each client getting its own branded portal.
Accounts & responsibilities
The agency admin who creates a Boridesk account is responsible for the agents they invite and the client access they grant those agents. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the client and customer data your team adds to the platform.
Acceptable use
You may not use Boridesk to send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or to handle content that's illegal, abusive, or violates a third party's rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or put its infrastructure or other tenants at risk.
Subscription & billing
Boridesk is offered on the plans published at boridesk.com/#pricing (Starter, Growth, Pro). Paid billing is not yet live as of this writing — this section describes the intended terms once billing launches, and existing users will be notified by email before being charged for the first time.
Data ownership
You own the data you and your customers put into Boridesk — tickets, messages, and client records. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You can stop using Boridesk and request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practical.
Warranties & liability
Boridesk is provided "as is" during this early-access period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Boridesk and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law

The jurisdiction governing these Terms has not yet been finalized. This will be updated once decided — check the "last updated" date above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. We'll update the date above and notify agency admins by email of any material change.
